Will stopping a subscription cancel my paid plan?

No. It only leaves the mailing list when the publisher honors it. Billing stays with the vendor.

Can I stop subscriptions but keep order receipts?

Yes. Those are often different From addresses. Keep the receipt sender; leave the marketing list.

Is this the same as blocking a sender?

No. Unsubscribe asks the list to stop. Block is a Gmail feature InboxMint does not replace.

Where do I see subscriptions I already left?

Unsubscribed senders are on the dashboard, with Stop/Resume for optional future trash if you opted in.
