Label Gmail by sender — you name the folder

Labeling by sender is how InboxMint organizes: one exact From address, one folder you choose or create, confirm, then matching inbox mail is labeled and archived out of the inbox. The user-facing word is folder; underneath it is a Gmail label.

This is not auto-tagging by subject, language, or “newsletter vs receipt.” If two brands share a topic, you still file them as two senders. Starred, important, and VIP stay protected. Trash and Unsubscribe stay separate actions.
